Tidy Dog Dog Grooming & Spa Ltd is located on the Withybush Trading Estate, in Haverfordwest. We endeavour to provide a quality, full-service, happy experience for every pet that visits us. The salon is set up to cater for three different dog households (1-3 pets), at any one time. Without any households being directly mixed. This ensures the full safety of all pets during their stay and allows nervous dogs to relax.
Every pet during their stay with us is a priority and we believe every pet is also individual. For this reason, the salon operates on a 1-1 basis with the same groomer and does believe in crates. Over time this approach helps build each dog build confidence, trust and then a relationship with their professional groomer. The outcome being a happy, tidy dog, upon each collection. Even those with nervous or timid behaviour.
Time is always taken with each client, upon the first consultation. This way, we can accurately assess your pets coat condition, behaviour, lifestyle and any other needs, fairly accurately. We then discuss in detail with you, the ability to maintain the coat between grooms and what you would like to achieve style wise. Following this we then come up with a tailored package for your dog.
Every time at Tidy Dog is indulgent. Rest assured that all products and Spa treatments, are high quality, paraben and cruelty free, smell gorgeous, help enrich the coat and also also help you maintain between grooms. Bathe and pamper, your pet in luxury and maybe as an extra treat add a facial or mud bath.
Rest assured that your pet is in safe, kind, experienced and professional hands. All professional dog groomers here, have studied and passed the level 3 IPET qualification and gained ample experience before grooming your dog.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy
Tidy Dog Grooming & Spa Ltd works one to one with each dog and this means each appointment time is precious and allocated on an individual basis. For this reason:
We only accept cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Otherwise your appointment will be fully charged.
Any ‘no shows’ are also fully charged.
